Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 29, 2026 Last updated: June 29, 2026 Compass AI Group, LLC

This Privacy Policy describes how Compass AI Group, LLC (“Compass AI Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit this website (the “Site”) or engage us for consulting services. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and being transparent about our practices.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

01Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and deliver our services. The categories of information we collect are limited and described below.

Information you provide to us

When you schedule a meeting with us, you do so through our third-party scheduling provider, Calendly. To book a call, you provide information such as your name, email address, and selected meeting time, along with any details you choose to include in the booking notes. If you contact us directly by email or telephone, we receive the information contained in that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our Site and its hosting infrastructure automatically generate standard server logs. These logs may include your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, diagnostics, and to maintain the reliable operation of the Site.

What we do not collect

We do not use analytics platforms, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking technologies on this Site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

02How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not use the information collected through this Site for automated advertising or for sale to third parties.

04Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our business. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy obligations:

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle information. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent privacy practices of these third parties.

05Client Engagement & Local AI Data

Beyond the Site, our consulting engagements may give us access to information belonging to our clients and their businesses. We treat this information with particular care, and our handling of it is governed by the written agreement between Compass AI Group and the client.

// Data Sovereignty by Design

A core principle of our practice is that your data should stay where it belongs — with you. This is especially important for clients in regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, and finance.

For our fully local AI engagements, the language models we deploy run entirely on infrastructure that you own and control. In these deployments:

  • Your operational data, queries, and model outputs remain within your own network and do not leave your environment;
  • There is no cloud API dependency and no transmission of your data to external model providers;
  • Inference activity can be logged and audited within your own governance controls;
  • Architectures are designed to support requirements such as HIPAA and SOC 2 where applicable.

Where an engagement involves cloud-based or vendor-hosted AI tools rather than a local deployment, we will identify the relevant providers and the applicable data-handling terms as part of that engagement.

Confidentiality

Information we access in the course of an engagement is used solely to perform the agreed services. We do not use client data to train external models, and we do not disclose client information except as authorized by the client or as required by law. Specific terms, including data ownership, confidentiality, and any regulatory obligations, are set out in each engagement agreement.

06How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

07Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain our business and client relationships, and to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it anonymous.

08Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials or sensitive information you share with us confidential.

09Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made conspicuous on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
